Lubricants are used wherever there is friction between moving parts. Friction has a very negative effect on the working components, increases noise, causes temperature increases that can result in overheating of the mechanism and leads to deformation and damage. When applied to friction surfaces, the lubricant forms a film that provides slip, absorbs loads, counteracts corrosion and reduces wear. This is crucial to ensure their durability and reliability.
Greases and lubricants have different composition, additives, water and heat resistance, anticorrosive properties, etc. It is therefore useful to know which lubricant will work best for a particular application.
MULTI SPRAY
Multifunctional lubricant with versatile application. It has great penetrating properties, displaces moisture and adheres to any surface to form a protective layer. Improves the operation of hinges, sliders, guides and other mechanical metal parts, protects against corrosion, loosens rusty screws, nuts, etc., helps remove sticker and adhesive tape residues. Protects locks and padlocks from freezing, eliminates creaking and squeaking of hinges and other periodically moving parts. Protects connectors, connections, relays and other electrical components from corrosion. The can is equipped with a multifunctional "cobra" nozzle for easy application in hard-to-reach areas.
SILICONE SPRAY
Silicone spray is a protective, lubricating, insulating and care product for plastics, wood, rubber, ceramics and metal. It makes rubber parts more flexible and prevents them from drying out, crumbling or sticking. Protects car door seals from freezing. It provides good electrical insulation, displaces water and has antistatic properties. Gives a high gloss finish to plastic parts. Thanks to its lubricating properties, it eliminates creaking at the joints of various plastics, e.g. plastic-to-metal. Silicone spray is used in many industries where it is not inappropriate to use oil. Prevents transported materials from sticking to conveyor belts, slide guides, troughs and chutes. Ensures easy sliding of moving parts in the slides, e.g. car seats, drawers, moving roofs, seat belts, etc. The can is equipped with a multifunctional "cobra" nozzle for easy application in hard-to-reach areas.
COPPER GREASE
Special high-temperature lubricant with added copper. Application temperatures: -40°C to + 1100 C. It is resistant to water, even at very high temperatures. It is used to protect against rust, nuts, bolts and any connection working in extreme conditions. Recommended for threaded connections in exhaust manifolds, glow and spark plugs and lambda probes. Thanks to its electrical conductivity, it is suitable for securing battery terminals and protecting electrical contacts.
DRY LUBRICANT
It is a PTFE-based lubricant developed for the lubrication of components exposed to dust and dirt. It is silicone-free and does not take on dirt. Thanks to the addition of PTFE, the agent exhibits high resistance to mechanical stress and high temperatures (up to 260 C Temporarily)). It protects against moisture and corrosion, minimises friction and extends the life of components. Great for the maintenance of sports equipment, as it leaves no residue or greasy film. Ideally suited for the lubrication of intermittently moving components that are particularly exposed to external influences, e.g. sliding door guides in buses, rollers or pull-out radio antennas. It creates a perfectly adherent, dry protective layer that prevents dirt build-up. It is suitable for coating metal, plastic and ceramic surfaces alike. The canis equipped with a special tip for easy application in hard-to-reach areas.
WHITE GREASE
A lubricant designed to protect components subjected to heavy loads. It minimises friction, insulates, preserves, protects against water, salt, rust, as well as low and high temperatures. Extends the life of bearings, locks, chains, sprockets, etc. In cars, it is used to protect moving parts such as seat guides, sunroof or convertible top; door, boot or bonnet hinges; windscreen wiper, window lift, clutch and accelerator cables, as well as battery pins and terminals. Once applied, it adheres perfectly to the lubricated surfaces.
CERAMIC SPRAY
It is a special lubricant with ceramic additives, which makes it very resistant to high temperatures, pressure, water and salt. It withstands temperatures of up to 1400°C. It does not contain metal particles, so it does not conduct electricity. Ceramic lubricant is used to lubricate brake systems, including those equipped with ABS, ESP or ASR safety systems, without fear of disturbing the sensors. It provides excellent protection for aluminium components and has an anti-corrosive effect. Ideally suited for the anti-seize protection of bolted connections operating under heavy loads and extreme temperatures, such as threaded connections in exhaust manifolds, glow and ignition plugs and lambda probes. The can is equipped with a multifunctional "cobra" nozzle for easy application in hard-to-reach areas.
PTFE GREASE
It is an extremely versatile lubricant. It is used in almost all areas of industry, especially in the production of paper, wood and textiles, i.e. wherever the lubricants used must not leave greasy marks, particularly where so-called 'clean assembly' is carried out. It is highly valued in the boatbuilding industry at the final assembly stage of stainless steel components where threaded connections easily lead to self-seizing. PTFE grease was developed for long-term lubrication of parts subjected to high pressures, shocks and vibrations. It is ideal for use on guides, sprockets and conveyor belts. Perfectly penetrates and protects moving parts from the negative effects of weathering and temperatures up to 200°C. The addition of PTFE makes it resistant to water, moisture, salt, acids, dirt, dust, sand, etc. - no dirt adheres to it. It is also great for securing bicycle chains, garden equipment, gate mechanisms, door and window hinges. The can is equipped with a multifunctional "cobra" nozzle for easy application in hard-to-reach areas.
